Learn more about the new Baltic LEAP (Language, Energy and Politics) foreign study program being offered in summer 2023 by the Irving Institute for Energy and Society and the Department of Government! Participants will spend time in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, each with its own language, history, and culture and each still in transition from decades of Russian/Soviet influence.
