Since graduating from Dartmouth in 2016, I have been working in politics, both on political campaigns and in government. I have worked on a Presidential campaign, Lieutenant Governor campaign, and two Gubernatorial campaigns in three different states, in both organizing and fundraising roles. After the most recent campaign for the Governor of Connecticut, I was asked to help with the transition from campaign to administration, and then was asked to continue working in the Governor's Office, where I have been for the past year. My current job is in Constituent Services and External Affairs, which mostly involves writing "Official Statements" on behalf of the Governor and helping constituents who are having problems that can be addressed with existing state resources. Although I don't use Russian as much as I would like, we do get the occasional Russian-speaking caller and I always enjoy it! People are much more comfortable conversing in their native
