Psoy Korolenko (Pavel Lion), 2019 Grammy nominee, singer-songwriter, translator, columnist, scholar, Ph.D. in Russian literature. One of today's Russia most popular channsonniers. On stage since 1997, released more than 20 albums solo or in collaboration and several books of selected essays, lyrics, and translations. He created a unique type of folk-cabaret, integrating styles and traditions of various cultures (Soviet popular and folk song, French chanson, Klezmer, Tropicalia). Recording Academy voting member. Participant of international projects such as "Brothers Nazaroff", "Defesa", "Yiddish Glory". In 2019, "Yiddish Glory'' was nominated to Grammy and became the Fiddler On The Roof Awardee from the Federation of Jewish Communities of Russia as a cultural event of the year.
